Chasing Whitetails in the Cold
Cold Weather Deer Hunting Course
The Chasing Whitetails in the Cold course focuses on operating effectively during cold-season whitetail hunts in New England environments.
Designed for hunters looking to extend their season, this program emphasizes cold weather movement, layering systems, clothing management, and field decision-making.
Students will learn to regulate body temperature, manage moisture, read terrain, interpret deer movement, manage wind and approach, and move efficiently in cold environments. Instruction focuses on staying functional and effective when conditions are at their worst, while applying ethical hunting practices and disciplined field awareness.
